Warranty: 24 Months manufacturer Warranty to our door. For warranty validity, all inverters and batteries must be installed by a registered electrician, with a valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) issued. Installation must adhere to SANS 10142 standards. Warranty claims require installation photos, the COC, and proof of qualified installer; failure to provide these will void the warranty.
